Pure Gold - JEMS Movement on Rib Cage and Hip Misalignment

I send this video to a lot of riders. I found this movement drill to help me notice my own imbalance and release a lot of tension I did not know I was holding onto.

You might rush into it or not pick up on some of the details whilst trying to follow along with the video so I want to add one key point before you rush into it.

  • If there’s a lot of tension in your back this can feel really uncomfortable to begin with. The power of your breath is very important here. Remember, a deep slow breath is a signal to your CNS that everything is calm. You want to show your body that it is safe.
