Bike Fit Courses:
Perfectionisms
Make no mistake, perfectionism is a blessing and a curse. Our three courses aim to delve into the minute details that keep us bike fitters up at night that most people wouldn’t even bat an eyelid at.
Our courses are very unique in the bike fit education world. Focussing on details that only bike fitters experienced in the game will begin to observe.
All our courses are aimed to be very hands on. We want to give fitters the chance to experience the differences and test the best and worst so they can better inform their clients without having to make the investments themselves.
Our first three will be deep dives into Handlebars, Shoes and Saddles.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Perfectionism : Handlebars
We look at shape, width, flare, materials and the nuances of bar tapes, interaction of curvatures, brake hoods etc.
We will also explore the impacts of vibration absorbing methods ( suspension stems, tyre width and pressure)
Perfectionism : Shoes
We look at various shoes from the key players and break down the different last shapes. We will look at how different insoles interact with different shoes and the variances in how shoes tighten.
We also will explore the concepts and impacts of toe spring and heel lift and novel designs from Strong Foot Athletics, Hezo and Lore.
Perfectionism : Saddles and Shorts
Saddles and bib shorts go hand in hand. We test various pad saddles and shorts and explore how different shapes, densities and pressure relief techniques can be used.
